Clinton’s Hot Air Conference

In an attempt to influence the public and get free air time, the president held a "class" for 100 of the nation’s weathercasters on the Climate Change Treaty and "Global Warming." The session concluded with the weathercasters broadcasting the Clinton propaganda live from the White House lawn. Weathercaster Barry Finn of WYOU in Scranton PA said: "I was somewhat skeptical that human beings were really doing anything to affect the weather. But hearing the president and VP state emphatically that the scientific debate is over, well, that went a long way to convincing me." Well, the prez says it’s so, so it must be true. Anyone have a bridge they want to sell?

One Ranch at a Time

The Arizona Republic reported October 2nd, that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announced they will "start yanking hundreds of head of cattle off public lands in southeastern Arizona to protect 15 endangered plants and animals." "If the intent was to figure out some way to improve the habitat, people can work around that. But from what we’ve seen so far, the species really don’t count. It’s just to get rid of the cattle" [and the rancher], said C.B. "Doc" Lane, director of the Arizona Cattlemen’s Association. Wake up America – they’re picking us off one at a time. Faxback doc. 187

Buying Influence?

In a related U.N. story, it has been reported that Ted Turner ordered CNN [Clinton News Network] to pull advertising paid for by labor groups that opposed the Global Climate Treaty. When you consider Ted Turner’s $1 Billion "gift" to the U.N., which is questionable at best, and his support of environmental causes, you have to question why he insists on a one sided debate.
