Liberty Matters is more than a name. It is a culmination of love of country, hard work and a passion for freedom. It is our mission to rekindle the flame of bravery in the hearts of Americans to stand, never compromise and never waiver in defending the principles of freedom. Those words were never more true than today. This publication is about hope, about courage and it’s about the heart and soul of America. We chose the annual return of this day to publish our premier issue and refresh our recollection of liberty. It is our desire that you carry from these pages the torch of freedom and that great American spirit ignited by our forefathers over two centuries ago. NEWS SERVICE is distributed every two weeks, and focuses on current issues that are affecting constitutional and property rights. It offers up to date information by monitoring public policy, scouring news wires and utilizing the principles behind Liberty Matters. With each separate issue covered in News Service, there are background materials loaded onto the Faxback system for immediate retrieval. Once you receive News Service, you can call into the Faxback system and order these documents to be faxed directly to you. For more details, see below. FAXBACK is the most sophisticated computer driven Fax-on-Demand system available. This new system is easy to use, features an index (catalog), and can handle multiple calls simultaneously. The fax-on-demand system distributes free of charge, reliable, in-depth briefing information to anyone with a fax machine. Now, we can send more than alerts to the grassroots, we can insure they have all the background information they need to fully understand and respond to the critical issues that effect our property rights and personal liberties. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER Thanks to the cooperation and expertise of conservative research and policy groups, hometown America now has access to the background information that most major media outlets are reluctant to publish. We intend to provide the "other side of the story" to every American who wants to be informed. Our initial use of this system provides comprehensive briefing papers and additional information in conjunction with our Action Alerts and News Briefs.
